Emma & James' Beautiful Summer Wedding at Hungarian Hall Estate

There’s something truly magical about a July wedding in Suffolk, and Emma & James’ special day on 11th July 2026 was no exception. Blessed with glorious sunshine from start to finish, they celebrated their love surrounded by family and friends at Hungarian Hall Estate, near Woodbridge, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Their day began in The Apple Barn, where the excitement of the morning filled the air as everyone prepared for the celebrations ahead. Before long, guests gathered beneath the cooling shade of the trees beside our picturesque pond for an unforgettable outdoor ceremony.

With birdsong in the background and the gentle sound of the water nearby, Emma & James exchanged their vows in one of our most loved ceremony locations. As newlyweds, they walked back down the aisle through a joyful shower of confetti, greeted by cheers and smiles from their family and friends.

Throughout the drinks reception, guests enjoyed the beautiful Suffolk sunshine while Nina the Saxophonist provided the perfect soundtrack. Her live performance created a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere as everyone mingled on the lawns, enjoyed refreshments and watched Emma & James steal a few quiet moments together for their photographs.

Captured beautifully by Helen Kirkman Photography, every image tells the story of a day filled with genuine emotion, laughter and love. From romantic portraits by the pond to relaxed moments shared with family, Helen perfectly documented every chapter of the celebration.

The celebrations continued in our elegant marquee, where guests were welcomed into a beautifully dressed reception space overlooking the gardens. Floral designer Zoe from Wallflower created stunning arrangements of soft pastel blooms and flowing foliage, bringing a fresh, romantic feel to the marquee and perfectly complementing the summer surroundings.

Guests were then treated to a delicious wedding breakfast prepared by the fantastic team at JLS Catering. Their beautifully presented meal was enjoyed by all and set the tone for a wonderful afternoon of speeches, laughter and celebration.

One of the standout features of the reception was the gorgeous wedding cake, handcrafted by Kirsty at Creative Cakes. Both elegant and delicious, it provided a beautiful focal point before being enjoyed by guests later in the evening.

As the sun began to set over the Suffolk countryside, the celebrations moved seamlessly into the evening. Flame Entertainment kept the dance floor full with an incredible mix of music, creating a fantastic atmosphere as family and friends danced late into the night. From the couple's first dance to the final song of the evening, it was the perfect ending to a truly unforgettable celebration.

Surrounded by the people who meant the most to them, Emma & James celebrated exactly as every wedding should be—full of happiness, love and laughter.
