Receptions in the Marquee
A beautiful space to dine, celebrate and dance the night away.
Set within the peaceful grounds of Hungarian Hall Estate, our spacious marquee provides a stunning and flexible setting for your wedding reception.
As standard, the marquee can comfortably accommodate up to 180 guests for your wedding breakfast, with plenty of space for dining, speeches and celebrations. For larger weddings, the marquee can be extended to accommodate additional guests, allowing us to create a layout that works perfectly for your day.
Planning something smaller? The space can also be adapted for more intimate celebrations, with layouts designed to make the marquee feel welcoming and atmospheric whatever your guest numbers.
With its elegant interior, countryside setting and plenty of flexibility to make the space your own, it’s a wonderful place to bring everyone together.
Bringing the outside in
Our spacious marquee has been designed to give you everything you need for a relaxed and memorable wedding reception, with dedicated areas for catering, the bar and evening food, alongside plenty of space for your guests to dine and socialise.
The marquee’s bay window offers wonderful views across the grounds and surrounding Suffolk countryside – particularly beautiful as the sun begins to set in the evening.
French doors open directly onto the formal lawn, creating a natural flow between indoors and out. It’s the perfect place for reception drinks, photographs and for your guests to mingle and enjoy the grounds before your wedding breakfast begins.
Make the marquee your own
Our neutral marquee provides the perfect blank canvas for your wedding style. Whether you’re dreaming of something elegant and understated, colourful and contemporary or completely unique to you, there’s plenty of flexibility to personalise the space with your chosen décor, flowers and finishing touches.
Then, once the wedding breakfast and speeches are complete, it’s time for one of our favourite moments of the day.
Our reveal curtain is raised to unveil the starlit dance floor and stage, transforming the marquee from an elegant daytime reception into the perfect setting for your evening celebration.
With a dedicated stage for your DJ, live band or entertainment and plenty of room for everyone to join you on the dance floor, all that’s left to do is turn up the music and celebrate into the night.
