Victoria & Jonathan's October Wedding – A Beautifully Personal Celebration at Hungarian Hall Estate

3rd October 2026 | A Suffolk Church Wedding, Creative LEGO Flowers & a Stunning Wedding Reception

Every wedding at Hungarian Hall Estate is unique, and Victoria and Jonathan's celebration on 3rd October 2026 was a wonderful example of how a little creativity and plenty of personal touches can make a wedding day truly special.

From their beautiful church ceremony in Wickham Market to their thoughtfully decorated wedding reception at Hungarian Hall Estate, their day was filled with charm, individuality and some rather impressive handmade details!

And to think they planned it all in just six months!

A Traditional Church Wedding in Wickham Market

Victoria and Jonathan began their special day with a ceremony at Wickham Market Church in the heart of Suffolk.

Following their ceremony, the newlyweds and their guests made their way to Hungarian Hall Estate, near Woodbridge, for their wedding breakfast and evening celebrations.

A beautiful vintage wedding car from Vintage Dreams added a touch of classic elegance to the occasion.

A Wedding Reception Full of Personality

Victoria and Jonathan chose our Venue Only option, giving them the freedom to plan their wedding exactly as they wished, selecting the suppliers and finishing touches that suited their style.

Although they booked on a venue-only basis, they decided to use two of our trusted recommended suppliers: Jamie Lee Smith Catering for their wedding food and Flame Entertainment for their evening DJ.

It's a great example of how flexible our venue hire options can be. Couples can bring in their own suppliers, choose from our recommendations or enjoy a combination of both.

Miranda from Extravorganza helped bring their vision together with beautiful decorations, creating a lovely setting for their celebrations.

LEGO Flowers – A Wonderfully Creative Touch!

One of our favourite details from Victoria and Jonathan's wedding was their table decorations.

Rather than traditional floral centrepieces, each table featured a vase filled with colourful LEGO flowers!

These clever and creative arrangements added so much personality to the reception, and we absolutely loved them.

What made them even more impressive was knowing that Victoria and Jonathan had only booked their wedding six months earlier. We can only imagine how many hours went into putting all those individual flowers together!

The finished result was fantastic, and we thought they did an amazing job.

It's touches like these that make us love what we do. Every couple has their own ideas, and we love seeing our wedding spaces transformed into something that reflects them.

A Stunning Wedding Cake and Beautiful Finishing Touches

Another highlight was the absolutely stunning wedding cake created by Luca's Cake. A beautiful centrepiece for the celebrations and a lovely finishing touch to the reception.

Victoria's bridal bouquet was provided by AT Blooms, while Fabulous Hair by Fran and Victoria Bradfield Makeup took care of the bridal beauty preparations.

The day was photographed by Hayley Denston, capturing the details and memories of their celebration.

A Relaxing Stay at The Apple Barn

Victoria and Jonathan also chose to stay in our on-site accommodation, The Apple Barn.

Having accommodation within the grounds of Hungarian Hall Estate is a lovely addition to a wedding celebration, allowing couples to stay close to their reception venue without needing to travel elsewhere at the end of the evening.

With a choice of five beautifully appointed suites, The Apple Barn offers accommodation for couples, family and friends, making it easy to extend the celebrations and enjoy a little more time together.

Sharing Their Day, Their Way

Victoria and Jonathan have kindly allowed us to share photographs of their beautiful wedding set-up, but have asked that no photographs featuring people are published online.

We are, of course, more than happy to respect their wishes.

Every couple should feel comfortable choosing how much of their special day they share, and we're delighted that we can still showcase their wonderful decorations, creative ideas and beautiful reception setting.

After all, sometimes the little details tell a lovely story of their own.
