Leigh & Steve’s August Wedding at Hungarian Hall Estate

29th August | Danube Suite Ceremony | Marquee Reception

Leigh and Steve celebrated their wedding at Hungarian Hall Estate on 29th August, with a day full of personal touches, beautiful styling and plenty of celebration.

The couple and their guests were able to make a real weekend of the occasion, staying with us at The Apple Barn, our on-site accommodation. Having everyone close by makes those hours before and after the wedding part of the celebration too, with no need to worry about travelling home at the end of the night.

Saying “I Do” in the Danube Suite

Leigh and Steve chose our Danube Suite for their ceremony. The room was beautifully dressed with soft white draping and a simple circular backdrop, creating an elegant setting for the moment they officially became husband and wife.

The ceremony was relaxed, warm and full of smiles – exactly the kind of atmosphere we love to see in the Danube Suite.

A Sage Green & Gold Marquee Reception

After the ceremony, celebrations moved into our marquee for the wedding breakfast and evening reception.

Leigh and Steve chose a lovely sage green, ivory and gold colour palette, with sage chair sashes and napkins paired with gold charger plates. The look worked beautifully with the marquee's ivory drapes, chandeliers, fairy lights and blossom trees.

The décor also had an extra personal touch, with some of the decorations provided by their friend Bernice Rhodes. Flowers were created by Blooming Perfect Flowers, while Giant Letter & Cherry Tree added further decorative details to the day.

Live Music, Great Food & a Full Dance Floor

Music played a big part in the celebrations. Jordan provided beautiful live vocals accompanied by a drummer, creating a wonderful atmosphere before the party really got underway.

Food for the day was provided by our resident caterers, JLS Catering, before Flame Entertainment took over for the evening with the DJ and kept the celebrations going on the dance floor.

The day was captured by Double Aspect Photography, giving Leigh and Steve plenty of memories to look back on from their August wedding.

It was a pleasure to welcome Leigh and Steve, their family and friends to Hungarian Hall Estate and to see the venue transformed for their celebration.

From getting ready and staying at The Apple Barn, to their ceremony in the Danube Suite and a beautiful reception in the marquee, it was a wonderful summer wedding from beginning to end.
